We invite high school and college students from around the world to participate in this exciting event that challenges your critical thinking, problem-solving, and medical knowledge. Put your skills to the test and have the chance to showcase your expertise in the field of health and medicine.

Competition Overview

The Virtual Case Study Competition is an opportunity for aspiring healthcare professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts to engage in a hands-on medical scenario. You will be presented with a reality-based health or medical case study and will be tasked with analyzing the information, developing a solution, and presenting your findings in a concise written brief (max 500 words).

Why Participate?

  1. Global Recognition: Have the chance to earn academic recognition on an international stage, which can be an impressive addition to your college application or CV/resume.

  2. Apply Your Knowledge: Put your medical knowledge into practice by analyzing a real patient case study and making critical decisions.

  3. Enhance Analytical Skills: Sharpen your analytical thinking as you evaluate medical data and assess various symptoms and patient history.

  3. The task: Analyze the information, develop a solution, and present your findings in a concise written brief of no more than 500 words, recommending the best way forward and justifying your choices.

  4. Solution Submission: Participants will have until TBC to develop their solutions. Solutions must be submitted to info@globalscholarssociety.org in a PDF format, with a maximum of 500 words, along with the entrant's full name, school/college name, grade/year, and country.

  5. Judging and Evaluation: We will evaluate the submissions based on the quality of diagnosis, treatment plan, clarity of presentation, and creativity.
